What we do
Manicure and Pedicure
Manicure and pedicure is a health service for the hands and feet, as well as an aid to
good grooming. A pedicure is not just for summer, to look good in
sandals. Our feet are over used on a daily basis and need routine maintenance. The same
is true of our
hands. We also give French and American manicure and pedicure. The procedures are the
same as
in plain manicure and pedicure. The only exception is the application of the
polish.
Paraffin Wax Treatment
We also do Paraffin Wax treatments. Keep in mind that
softness is not the only benefit of paraffin treatment. It also increases
blood circulation, allows for the restoration and improvement of skin color, and eases
stiffness and discomfort of the joints associated with injury, arthritis, over worked
muscles, and other ailments.
European Deep Pore Cleansing Facials
These treatments are customized for all
individual
skin types, tones and problems, and include removing makeup, analyzing the skin,
scrubbing,
steam, massage, extracting impurities, applying a masque suited to your skin type, and
normalizing the texture of the skin.
-- Aromatherapy facial including Superlifting: Various essential oils are used to
benefit
and improve
skin texture.
-- Surface Peeling/Papaya Enzyme: An extraordinary retexturizing treatment for removal
of cellular debris, this treatment also evens out
the color of old marks.
-- Glycolic Acid Pro-Gel Mini Facial: This Glycolic Acid formulation has been found to
address the following major skin concerns: fine lines and
wrinkles, oily-prone and acne-prone skin, pigmentation problems, dry skin, and cracked
skin.
Therapeutic Massage
In additon to kneading and stroking deep tissue using cross-fiber friction, stretching,
and
joint movement, this technique may be employed to balance problem areas. You will enjoy
the
benefits of stress & tension reduction which leads to increased flexibility and a sense
of overall well being.
-- With Steam: A steambath before the massage is a very relaxing benefit to open the
pores and
soften the muscles.
-- With Moor Bath: Moor Hydrotherapy is a very remarkable therapy by itself. Moor is a
compound of minerals and nutrients made rich by the decomposition of herbs, plants and
flowers. The moor compound we use has been submerged under water for
centuries, taking on the therapeutic properties of these organic elements. Moor Bath is
a profound relaxing and restorative experience both for the
